York 9 Football Club is comprised of the nine municipalities that inhabit York Region. Of the Canadian Premier League’s maiden clubs, York Region is totally unique from what is considered a defined “traditional sports market” due to its diversity. Along with the club, a 15,000 seat stadium is going to be built in an accessible position between the nine municipalities.
